Admissions

Admissions at Willow Brook Academy is designed to ensure our school is the best fit for your family. Families interested in enrolling are invited to attend one of our Open Houses, held regularly throughout the year, to tour the school and our grounds, meet the teachers, and get a feel for Willow Brook Academy. Contact our enrollment coordinator to find out the date and time of the next open house.

Families can join our wait list at any time by submitting a wait list form. This form is free and carries no obligation; it simply ensures you’ll be contacted if and when an opening becomes available. If a spot becomes available, the next family on the wait list will be notified and invited to enroll. At this time, we can schedule a personal visit during after-school hours where any additional questions can be answered, helping you make an informed decision about accepting the offer of enrollment. To complete the enrollment process, a registration form and fee will be required.

For families whose child misses the September age cut-off, a second-semester start in January may be available, depending on enrollment availability.

For our Elementary program, where space is limited, we prioritize students with prior experience in our preschool program or familiarity with the Montessori philosophy due to our specialized materials and curriculum. However, we are open to considering other students on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to inquire about available openings.

To request a wait list form, session or tuition information, please reach out to our enrollment coordinator.
